Hydrogen Water & Ionized Water

The therapeutic effects of hydrogen water and ionized water have been documented in countless studies and testimonies. Free hydrogen, or molecular hydrogen, is the primary component of hydrogen water. A molecule known as "free-hydrogen" is made up of two hydrogen atoms bound together but not to any other elements. Because hydrogen targets and neutralizes free radicals when it is in its free state, it is therapeutic to the organism. Free-hydrogen antioxidants have the potential to spontaneously cure the body in this way. Only hydrogen gas, hydrogen water, or ionized water contain free hydrogen. Antioxidants with free hydrogen are absent from regular water. Free-hydrogen will quickly evaporate when it is released from containment; therefore, it is advisable to drink it right away and, if you must keep it, do so carefully.

Hydrogen water is known to both protect and heal the kidneys, heart, liver, stomach, intestines, skin, brain, lungs, eyes, and pretty much every part of the body. [See the over 100 peer-reviewed articles, categorized by organ, below.]

The best way to consume free-hydrogen is in water. It has been shown that consuming hydrogen water offers greater health benefits for the body than hydrogen gas inhalation, most likely due to the gas's quicker evaporation. The advantages of ionized or hydrogen water (or both) in combating free radicals will last for days. In contrast, the effects of inhaling hydrogen gas are only observed to linger for a few hours. (On the other hand, research on the subject indicates that both approaches are beneficial and successful.)

Ionized water contains the most common and perhaps most therapeutic type of free-hydrogen. An ionizer divides water into two streams: acidic and alkaline, producing ionized water, a type of hydrogen water. In addition to having an alkaline pH, the alkaline water is medicinal because it is loaded with free hydrogen. This type of split-free hydrogen water is becoming more and more popular, thanks in part to the introduction of a novel SPE/PEM membrane (created by DuPont) that safely and affordably creates hydrogen in water.

What Distinguishes Regular Water from Hydrogen Water?
Hydrogen water is not to be confused with regular water. Naturally, it contains hydrogen (H2O), but hydrogen in ordinary water is not free and cannot fend off free radicals.

This page's links to studies on hydrogen demonstrate the many health benefits that hydrogen water, ionized water, and free hydrogen (as a gas) have to offer. The papers on this page demonstrate how extensively hydrogen water's impact on illness has been investigated.

Hydrogen research investigations such as these have thousands of times proven the wonderful therapeutic effects of water ionizers (ionized water), hydrogen water machines (hydrogen water), and hydrogen gas machines (hydrogen gas). These research are only a small portion of the body of work done to demonstrate hydrogen water's therapeutic properties. Every day, more study is done on hydrogen water and ionized water. Read some of the linked articles to see for yourself the overwhelming and mounting evidence that alkaline ionized water and hydrogen water can greatly benefit the body.

I have personally experienced the benefits of hydrogen water thousands of times over.

MOLECULAR HYDROGEN’S ABILITY TO SCAVENGE FREE RADICALS ANYWHERE IN THE BODY
Many well-known experts throughout the world are aware of molecular hydrogen's remarkable capacity to scavenge free radicals and genuinely break through cell membranes, including the blood-brain barrier. This explains why I nearly always experience a boost in mental clarity after drinking hydrogen or ionized water. This is absolutely unique among things.

Hydrogen's small size is one reason it differs from other antioxidants. It's significant that hydrogen is lipid soluble since lipid solubility is required for hydrogen to pass through cell membranes and enter cells. Therefore, hydrogen can enter every live cell in the body, unlike any other antioxidant. It is impossible for any other antioxidant to accomplish this. Its ability to simply evaporate or change into water when "used up" distinguishes it from all other free-radical scavengers. Unlike other antioxidants, this means that there is no risk of it turning into a free radical in and of itself.

HYDROGEN AT THE ROOT OF LIFE
Students in school are aware that water, the foundation of all life, is created when hydrogen and oxygen combine. Life also needs oxygen, but sadly, problems can occur when the body oxidizes too much oxygen and doesn't have the proper balance of hydrogen. It is believed that oxidative stress is the underlying cause of nearly every disease. When oxygen in the body loses its electron balance, it might potentially turn into a harmful free radical.

It is known as Active Oxygen in this state. Although Active Oxygen has the potential to do great harm to cells, it can be entirely neutralized, transformed into harmless
